The dashboard is the operational center of ToptalExpert. It gives clients a single place to see live work, open projects, pending offers, reports, and hiring activity.
What you can see on the dashboard
- Projects: active work, project status, and contract access.
- Pending offers: contracts that are still being negotiated or waiting for acceptance.
- Activity: tasks and work signals connected to your ongoing projects.
- Postings and proposals: your published jobs and the proposals submitted for them.
Managing postings and proposals
- Create a new posting when you need to open a new role or project.
- Edit existing postings when scope, timing, or requirements change.
- Open proposals attached to a posting to review who applied and move candidates into your hiring process.
Why the dashboard matters
It shortens the path between hiring, delivery, and payment by keeping everything connected.
It also makes reporting easier because payments, invoices, and activity can all be reviewed without leaving the platform.
