If you cannot access your account, use the password reset flow from the login page. The process is designed to restore access without changing any of your active projects or billing settings.
How to reset your password
- Open the sign-in page and select “Forgot password?”.
- Enter the email address linked to your account.
- Select the reset action and check your inbox for the password reset message.
- Follow the link in that email, enter your new password, confirm it, and save the change.
If the reset email does not arrive
- Check spam or promotions folders first.
- Make sure you entered the same email address you used when creating the account.
- If you still cannot complete the reset, contact support through live chat for account-specific help.
